CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE'S DISABILITY REGISTER

Reading Borough Council has recently compiled a "Children and Young People's Disability Register". This can be found at  www.reading.gov.uk/servicesguide. This is a secure database which is managed by Reading Family Information Service. They would like to encourage parents to register so that they are able to get a clear picture of needs for services in Reading. There will be an online form to complete and the details will be used to keep you up-to-date with developments in services and other relevant information for disabled children and young people.

If you do register, you will be given an opportunity to sign up for a free MAX Card which offers considerable  discounts on major attractions across the country.
